A blend of 56% Pinotage, 22% Cabernet Sauvignon, 11% Merlot and 11% Roobernet, matured in small new French oak barrels for a total period of 18 months.
Friendly aromas of strawberries & cream, milk chocolate, raspberries, cranberries and kirsch liqueur abound on the nose. The muscular tannins are supported by plush cherry and red currant fruit, with spicy notes of vanilla, cinnamon and cloves adding further interest. An utterly juicy, moreish and approachable wine, with integrated new oak characters and a balanced acidity.
