This Méthode Cap Classique (MCC) sparkling-wine is a blend of Chardonnay & Pinot Noir grapes, carefully selected for best quality and hand-picked in the cool early hours of the morning.
Only whole-bunch pressing was done on the grapes for the best quality (cuvee) juice for alcoholic & malolactic fermentation. Bottled in 2015, the wine underwent 24months bottle- fermentation and maturation on the lees before dégorgement.

Dedicated to those spontaneous moments when friends get together & the laughter always lasts longer.
