
The Mariette MCC is wonderfully complex with pale golden hues and a constant stream of delicate bubbles. Made traditionally, the grapes are harvested by hand then whole bunch pressed. Fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks for 15 days, whilst the second fermentation took place in bottle where the wine matured on the lees for 60 months.
A well-balanced, elegant MCC with rich, biscuit notes on the palate.
