Light red wine is a style that Jurgen has absolutely nailed with the Kedungu. Pure fruited, so pretty and aromatic with a nice level of spice and grape tannin keeping things tidy. Named after a favorite surf break in Bali. A whole bunch fermented under semi-carbonic conditions for 8 days in stainless steel tanks. Aged in a mixture of different size old barrels which help preserve these vibrant flavours.
